The Tonalis Music Centre is housed in the ‘Centre for Science and Art’ (formerly Stroud Art College) in Stroud. Stroud is a lively old mill town in the midst of the unspoilt, beautiful countryside of the Cotswolds. Eating out is easy in local cafes which will suit all tastes and budgets. Train connections to all parts of the country are excellent.

N.B. In addition, we also work nationwide and internationally. (e.g. Giving regular courses in Holland, U.S.A. and New Zealand, as well as occasionally in Denmark and Germany.
     
An integral part of the Tonalis services includes:
  • A Large Library Collection numbering over 1000 Books and numerous scores, as well as Journals related to each of the course themes we offer.
  • A Listening Library
  • The Tonalis Music Shop which sells instruments, books, scores and CDs.

    All of the above library resources are available for borrowing to students on our ‘Foundation Courses’ and ‘2 Year Vocational Trainings’, and are intended to support the project and research needs of each student.
     
Accommodation is available in local B&Bs, or with local families
which the Tonalis Accommodation Officer arranges at a cost of £16 per night.
